New banner and exciting news!
As if you couldn't tell from the new picture in the banner, we are expecting #4 to arrive sometime late May. All of us here are ELATED with joy!! Let me say this has been the most prayed for baby already as we just could not make up our mind whether or not we wanted another. I had droves of friends praying for us... and just when I decided I was completely content with three (and still am) God surprised us (somewhat) with a positive pregnancy test! He had bigger and better plans for us...
No nausea yet (knock on wood) but I have been RAVENOUSLY hungry and I would be lying if I told you that I didn't crave KFC. :)

Backyard Goodness
Whew! What a whirlwind of a weekend! There's nothing like a proverbial slap in the face to make you realize the good things in your life. This afternoon I walked into the backyard to do some daily maintenance and was overwhelmed by all of the things I have to be thankful for just in my backyard. At that time and place all I could do was simply stand in awe of all of the things the Lord has given me.
Some of the Things I am thankful for...

Chickens getting closer to laying us some eggs by the day!

Rose bushes loaded down with buds

Garden growing under the sun

The promise of an eggplant in a few short weeks
"Let all the earth fear the LORD; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast." - Psalm 33:8-9
